Explore ATI Launch and Explore ATI Passport are internal Physical Therapist travel programs offered by ATI, tailored to recent graduates, those looking to return to outpatient orthopedics, and experienced clinicians seeking new opportunities. The programs provide a chance to gain valuable clinical experience, broaden perspectives, and promote personal and professional growth. With a network of over 900 clinics across the U.S., clinicians in both programs can select and travel to multiple locations during the program. After completing the program, clinicians can choose to renew their travel experience or find a permanent home through the Roots program.
• Performs evaluations and establishes a goal-based plan of care
• Implements regular objective reassessment points to track progress towards goal achievement and/or adjusts goals based on patients’ recovery trajectory
• Establishes care plans aligned to ATI Best Practice guidelines, to achieve predictable and positive outcomes
• Manages his/her Caseload effectively, across the spectrum of each patient’s plan of care
• Effectively delegates treatment among the clinical care team
• Develops and runs 2 in-clinic in-services annually, based on a topic area approved with the Clinic/District Director and directly applicable to local clinic/district needs.
• Regularly assists Clinic/District Director with onboarding support staff within the clinic
• Actively assists Clinic Director in development of and proper delegation to ancillary staff to deliver ATI’s team-based care model (e.g. PTA, OSS, MS SC, etc)
• Able to relocate to a high need market multiple times within the year
• Able to quickly build rapport with clinical team to allow for meeting full clinical productivity by week 4 of first assignment.
Minimum Education
Required:
• Minimum Bachelors of Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

Minimum Experience
Required:
• Must have 6 months of travel experience or 1 year of experience in outpatient ortho setting
Preferred:
• At least 1-3 years experience as a licensed PT in an outpatient setting

Licenses and Certifications
Required:
