Overview

Title:            Injury Prevention Specialist

Location:      Kennebunk, ME

Status:         Full Time - Temporary

Hours:          Monday - Thursday 6:30am -3:30pm

                     Friday 6am - 10am

 

Early Intervention Specialist (EIS II) can assist the client with industrial/office ergonomics and jobsite analysis.    Develop multi-site reports, serve as lead for multistaff locations and support the AWS injury triage line.  Support EIS 1 through mentorship program.

Responsibilities

  • Participate with employer on job site evaluations
  • Support the injury triage app through active performance of service
  • Collect multi-site data reviews and consolidate into enterprise reports.
  • Participate as a EIS mentor, alerting Industry Manager for critical performance issues
  • Serve as leader of group when client site utilizes multiple EIS’s. Ensure communication of leadership messages, alert IM of site-specific concerns

Qualifications

Minimum Education

Required

  • Bachelors Degree in Allied Health Professional degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Min Experience

Required:

  • 2 years’ experience in the industrial setting
  • Or 5 years experience in a professional setting

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Be SME on data interface and client reporting.
  • Participate as a coach to EIS Level 1 employees
  • The ability to interact with employees, line supervisors, engineers, and leaders to follow-up on injury trends and initiatives.

 

 

Licenses and Certifications:

Required:

  • Certified/Licensed AT or PTA
  • CPR
