The Sr TEPMO Project Manager is an integral member of ATI’s Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, supporting ATI’s growth, efficiency, foundational and incubator enterprise projects. The Sr. PM is responsible for leading and managing complex, high-impact projects from conception through to completion. Works closely with senior executives and key stakeholders to align project goals with strategic business objectives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, resourcing, budget, and timeline constraints. The role involves mentoring junior project managers, developing and implementing advanced risk and change management strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the TEPMO. The position demands exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, along with a proven track-record of managing large-scale projects and proficiency in advanced project management tools and techniques.
Project Management:
• Develop and implement strategic plans for complex, high-impact projects.
• Lead multiple project teams supporting growth, efficiency, foundational, or incubator projects sponsored by any of ATI’s functional areas, and mentor junior project managers.
• Work with project stakeholders and executive sponsors to clearly define and document holistic problem or opportunity, project scope, milestones, assumptions, constraints, costs, benefits, and risks.
• Develop and implement advanced risk management strategies for high-stakes projects.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members.
• Lead cross-team meetings to determine progress and address challenges regarding projects.
• Track deliverables and reports on status of objectives, timeline, budget, and risks
• Organize meeting agendas, using a variety of tools, to communicate project goals, directives, and planning with project team and business or executive stakeholders. Facilitate and disseminate clear and task-oriented meeting recaps.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the TEPMO to enhance project delivery.
Resource and Budget Planning:
• Identify Internal and External project resource needs required for the success of the initiative.
• Coordinate resources and assigns the daily tasks while ensuring the project team is working toward defined milestones and project timeline.
• Work with delivery teams to understand capacity and time allocation commitments to tasks.
• Work with project team to identify excess capacity or constraints to optimize the project schedule and identify risks to targets.
Communications:
• Prepare and ensure delivery of communication to business units and individuals who may be impacted by project events.
• Communicate proactively with project team to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and TEPMO leadership.
Reporting:
• Develop and delivers progress reports, proposals and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, senior management, and key stakeholders.
Minimum Education Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, business, strategy, or related field; or equivalent industry experience.

• MBA or Masters Degree in related field

5+ years of experience in Enterprise Project Management or related highly cross-functional environment field
Experience using and implementing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or MS Project
