Overview

The Sr Analyst Supply Chain and Procurement leads and supports execution of a broad array of sourcing and procurement activities for indirect goods and services, including spend analysis, market research, competitive sourcing events, negotiation planning, procurement operations and technology initiatives, compliance monitoring and supplier performance management. Maintains a strategic focus on minimizing costs, mitigating risk, and capturing value.

 

This a hybrid position.  ATI Physical Therapy corporate headquarters in Downers Grove, IL

Responsibilities

• Own and drive all sourcing analytics throughout the Procurement team.
• Serve as full partner to the business in evaluating and challenging the status quo to surface value opportunities.
• Develop preferred supplier portfolio, monitor internal compliance to preferred supplier usage, and develop/enforce standard required terms and conditions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent quality, pricing and delivery performance
• Purchase order administration and oversight.
• Contract administration, quality assurance, modification of special terms, and contract closeout or termination.
• Lead execution of sourcing events, including competitive bidding and negotiations, to ensure the organization achieves the best value
• Collaborate with other departments to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Education
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Preferred:

 

Minimum Experience
Required:
• 3+ years’ experience in source-to-pay processes with 2+ years’ experience performing market analysis, spend analysis, strategic sourcing and RFx processes, Experience capturing, analyzing, and summarizing data.
Preferred:
• Contractual Agreement review, negotiation, and management skills a plus

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
• Ability to embrace fact-based decision-making processes and seek to leverage/integrate detailed cost modeling and scenario analysis
• Knowledge of commonly used procurement concepts, practices, and procedures
• Strong analytical skills including problem solving and critical thinking
• Experience building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Understanding of risk management within industry
• An understanding of business processes such as source-to-pay, purchase order software/systems, and contract lifecycle management is desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
