Job Summary

Lead team of providers for occupational health services delivered to employees at client locations to include medical surveillance, physicals and injury care.  Includes oversight and responsibility for day to day operations and employee performance. Perform clinical duties consistent to their education, certification and competency levels

Core Duties

• Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses and critically think using your clinical experience to conduct a range of risk and health assessments.
• Perform and document injury and illness evaluations across a range of risk and health diagnoses/scenarios
• Assess acute injuries or illnesses for employees, referring upstream for advanced care to a physician or healthcare specialist if necessary

Minimum Education

Required

• Bachelors degree in Nursing

Min Experience

Required:

• 4 years of experience in providing occupational health services as an RN and/or 6 years’ experience as a clinician in occupational health

Licenses and Certifications:

Required:

• Licensed Registered Nurse
