Overview

The Manager of Talent Management Programs will create and manage organization-wide tools and initiatives in the areas of performance management, leadership development, succession management and organizational development to drive strategic imperatives and goals. This position serves as a coach and mentor with senior leadership in the areas of talent management and development and closely collaborates with our HR business partners to drive the design, development, and implementation, of learning and organizational development programs.

 

What you bring to be successful/qualifications include:

  • Broad HR experience including talent management, organizational development and learning.
  • Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
  • Previous experience working with mid-to-senior level leaders to drive talent management initiatives.

10-15% travel to/on-site work at ATI Physical Therapy's corporate headquarters in Downers Grove, IL.

Responsibilities

• Participate in organizational strategic planning and provide leadership around company-wide talent development programs to achieve business goals.
• Oversee and support the annual talent review and succession planning process for our corporate teams and assist the business in developing and implementing plans to develop a ready leadership pipeline for the organization. This includes providing leadership to our TMT (Talent Management Team) leaders to aggregate and translate talent pool data into insights that drive readiness action plans at the appropriate levels.
• Support the design and presentation of ATI’s emerging leader training programs including Leadership Pathways and Manager Essentials
• Lead the employee performance management process including goal setting, performance evaluations along with training and communications to support the Performance Management process and platform
• Manage ATI’s 360-degree talent assessments with emerging leaders to identify skills gaps and opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum Education
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, human resources management or relevant field of study.
Preferred:
• Advanced degree preferred

 

Minimum Experience
Required:
• Minimum of 6 years of broad HR experience including talent management, organizational development and learning.
• Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
• Previous experience working with mid-to-senior level leaders to drive talent management initiatives.
• 10-15% travel to our corporate headquarters in Downers Grove, IL
Preferred:
• 2 years preferred in a management role.
• Absorb LMS experience preferred.

• Ability to manage program budgets and costs.
