Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of Occupational Health services across all ATI Worksite Solutions sites, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. You will oversee multi-site operations to maintain compliance, quality, and consistency, while serving as a key liaison to clients and medical directors to deliver insights and innovative health solutions. You’ll track performance metrics, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and guide risk mitigation and incident response efforts. Additionally, you’ll mentor regional managers, support clinical training and development, and manage budgeting and resource allocation to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of clinical experience in occupational health, urgent care, primary care, or related settings
• 2+ years of progressive leadership experience, including direct oversight of clinical operations or team management
• Registered Nurse (RN) and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in a specific population focus (e.g., Family, Occupational Health) or
• Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
