Responsibilities

  • Manage patient intake, scheduling, and registration with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the MSA physician group, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.
  • Verify insurance benefits, obtain necessary authorizations, and explain patient benefits clearly.
  • Oversee billing processes, ensuring clean claims and compliance with physician group requirements.
  • Assist clinical staff in maintaining a clean, organized, and fully operational clinic environment.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18+ years
  • Healthcare and/or customer service experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

 

Working Conditions

  • Hours may vary based on clinic needs
