Title: Corporate Safety Manager/ CSP

The Corporate Safety Manager supports the ATI Holdings Enterprise’s health and safety program through two primary areas of responsibility: (1) safety consulting services for AWS clients and (2) enterprise safety and compliance support for ATI and AWS internal operations.
In the consulting services function, this role partners with AWS client leadership to scope and deliver safety management system support, compliance guidance, training, audits, and improvement initiatives designed to reduce risk and strengthen safety culture (on a contracted basis).
In the corporate support function, the Corporate Safety Manager supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise safety programs, ensures alignment with regulatory requirements, provides internal safety consultation to clinical and operational teams, and supports data reporting and safety performance tracking.
This position requires consistent communication with ATI Holdings central compliance leadership, AWS compliance teams, and operations leaders across both ATI and AWS to ensure coordinated safety support, effective risk mitigation, and ongoing program effectiveness.

ATI/AWS Corporate Safety & Compliance Support
• Support design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ATI/AWS enterprise health and safety programs, management systems, and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate regulatory compliance across applicable safety programs; stay current on regulatory changes and implement requirements.
• Provide internal consultation to clinicians, AT’s, and office staff regarding safety risks, mitigation strategies, and incident prevention for clinics and offsite work locations.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze safety metrics, reporting, and data trending to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvement strategies.
• Manage multiple safety and compliance projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on deliverables.
AWS Safety Consulting Services
• Provide safety consulting services for AWS clients, including administrative safety oversight and compliance guidance.
• Conduct contracted client training, field coaching, and performance improvement initiatives to strengthen safety outcomes.
• Build and steward client relationships, interface with client leadership on HSE priorities, and support repeat business through effective partnership. Work with Sales team on service scope and contracting.
Minimum Education
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in occupational safety and health, or related field.
Preferred:
• Master’s Degree in a related field.
Minimum Experience
Required:
• 3+ years of combined experience supporting healthcare-focused occupational health and safety programs.
• Experience with team facilitation and collaborative leadership.
• Training development and delivery in a variety of topics and media.
• Experience with Risk Identification and Reduction strategies and methods.
